Dean Penney to be sentenced for 1st-degree murder of Jennifer Hillier-Penney

Dean Penney is set to receive his mandatory life sentence on Friday in Corner Brook, but not before Jennifer Hillier-Penney's family has a chance to address the court about the pain and suffering experienced after her disappearance in 2016.
